Order Fulfillment Information
Haply makes every effort to delight our customers in their relationships with us. This information is provided to clarify how our orders and filled. If you have any questions, please let us know.
Shipping and Handling:
- Physical products do have shipping and handling charges added at check out.
- Shipping is for general ground shipping and may take 7-10 days. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us before placing order.
- Certain products may take an additional week depending on our vendors. This will be noted in the product description.
- Digital Format products may be available immediately after check-out. A "download" button will appear on the confirmation page.
- Items not available for immediate download (assessments etc.) will be sent to you via additional email usually within 24 hours. Please watch SPAM folders.
- There are no refunds on digital items.
Products without Prices
- Pricing for these products is based on the quantity, delivery and organizational implementation.
- By adding a product without a price to your order, you give Haply permission to contact you in regards to ordering the product.
